Meet Our Crew...

West Michigan Driving Academy is owned and operated by
Mark VanDyke, a life-long resident of Muskegon. Mark has many years of experience with Department of Transportation.  Mark has taught Drivers Education for many years.  Mark will provide classroom instruction as well as on-the-road instruction.

Gayle VanDyke is the office manager and enjoys being helpful on the phone to parents and students. Gayle has taught drivers education for many years.  Gayle  will provide classroom instruction as well as on-the-road instruction.

Jeff Hall is a teacher at Timberland Charter Academy and has taught driver education for over several years. Jeff will provide classroom instruction as well as on-the-road instruction.

Matt Pallet is a teacher at Reeths-Puffer Middle School with many years of teaching experience as well as 8 years as a driving instructor. Matt will provide on-the-road instruction.

Pat Wescott is a teacher at Fruitport Middle school with 21 years of teaching experience as well as many years as a driving instructor.  Pat will provide classroom as well as on-the-road instruction.

Jerry Campbell, Supervisor at the Muskegon Correctional Facility has taught drivers education for many years.  Jerry will provide classroom instruction as well as on-the-road instruction.

Bob Walters has taught drivers education for 13 years.  Bob will provide classroom instructions as well as on-the-road instruction.  Bob has a Masters degree in Education from Michigan State University.

Craig Schultz has taught drivers education for 10 years.  Craig will provide classroom instruction as well as on-the-road instruction.  Craig has a Bachelors degree in Education and teaches at Orchard View Schools.

Ken DuBois has taught drivers education for over 10 years.  Ken will provide on-the-road instruction.  Matt has a Bachelors degree in Education and teaches at Reeths-Puffer Schools.

Ray Kremsreiter has taught drivers education for over 20 years.  Ray will provide on-the-road instruction.  Ray has a Masters degree in Education.

Michael Hoeker, Traffic Advisor, is a retired 26-year veteran of the Norton Shores Police Department with 16 years in the traffic office.
